Caregivers
In home Caregivers provide medical and non medical support, personal care services such as meal preparation / diet monitoring, medication reminders, hygiene assistance ( tub, shower, bed, or bath), helping with bowel & bladder problems, toileting and incontinence care, caring for minor medical needs. Other services could include driving to doctors visits, shopping and running errands, plus most other daily duties. In addition:
- Dementia Care: Caregivers find ways to ease frustrations and family stress brought about by dementia.
- 24 Hour Elderly Care: As your loved one faces the final stages of life, caregivers maintain their dignity by making each moment count.
- Chronic Conditions: Will help with many conditions including heart disease, diabetes, lung disease, the after-effects of a stroke, ALS and Parkinson’s disease.
- Hospital Discharge Services: Will help with home healthcare facilities, caregivers make the transition back home and into daily routines smooth and comfortable.
- After Surgery Home Care: After a surgery procedure, caregivers ensure your loved one follows all post-operative requirements.
A Caregiver may be available part time or full time.
Our candidates complete a detailed application, we personally interview them, check their previous experience by calling the references and talking with the previous families.
